My name is Sergej Konkin and I am a Marine Engineer with the 3rd Engineer Unlimited License (STCW III/1) and 27 years of the sea-going experience, 10 of which were with the Offshore industry.    During my career, I gained experience of working with international crews from all over the world, and I have the experience and qualifications needed to oversee the systems of various vessels, ensuring that they are functioning correctly and comply with all the rules, regulations and standards. I am looking for a position that would help me to develop new skills, as well as to reach my full potential in a challenging, encouraging and supportive environment.   Apart from the technical knowledge, I am a quick learner, have good communication skills and can adjust to any new environment. I am motivated to implement all my technical skills safely and efficiently.   All STCW and Offshore certificates are up to date.
